  Update: Scott Sherrill at Hammer It Home (www.hammerithome.com) totally saved the day and is an ultra nice guy. I thought it would take forever to find someone who could/would do this for us, but he was able to make this afternoon work and finished the job perfectly in less than an hour. So happy and grateful for his help and I HIGHLY recommend him! Made the one irreversible mistake you can make building and IKEA dresser for our nursery :( Looking for a reliable, well-reputed handyman who may be able to get us back on track!
