He got an oil change from Jiffy Lube and they did something to his engine and since we don't know, what it was, they're refusing to help us and being extremely rude. His car (no prob before coming here) now won't drive.

  They did not. They said they topped off fluids but we found the wiper fluid completely dry when we got home and they said they checked a filter and didn't replace because it was clean but the casing was filthy with no finger prints, so how did they open it to check?
