  Gold coast centre against sexual violence and bravehearts would be your first port of call they can help you put you in the right direction. myself i seen a GP who put me on a care plan i was seeing both psychologist and psychiatrist both working together with me as a team. this was not gold coast but Brisbane. if you want a amazing one he is a male but defiantly worth traveling too he helped me in so many ways. i had the same issues as you have described as above, it is not a easy road or simple one. healing takes time and recovery. i also was suffering a lot of PTSD and Depression and other mental health issues do to severe sexual abuse as a child. but good luck sweetie you are on the right path.
