My child had a referral to a psychologist who was moving locations. One session and 3 weeks later they haven't contacted me to make an appointment (as they said they would) and I can no longer get through on the details they've provided. It's very unprofessional and I'm not happy. My child has gone through a few traumatic events this year which no child should ever be exposed to, and all I need is for my child to get the therapy he so desperatly needs. Any references are greatly appriciated. Thank you.

My Child is in year 2 is now falling behind due to confidence and anxiety issues as he is too afraid to ask the teacher if he missed an instruction or needs help with something. Many Thanks

Can you get a gp to refer for this, even if they have no issues at the present (it is purely to help prevent any issues from arising)? Does medicare cover any of the cost for this?
