Does anybody know if there might be some help with costs of removal, re-directing post and other expenses they will likely incur in having to move again?

  I'm after a bit of help please, in our hotel we have an elderly lady from elphaborogh who has mobility problems, my son in laws mother who lives in Liverpool has kindly donated a small mobility scooter that Has been stood in her garage, needless to say the batteries are dead, Wendy Davison and I are buying the 2 batteries that are needed for £60 from wheelchair services in Elland so this lady will have a bit of independence back, we are constantly hearing about all the money raised for flood victims so does anybody know who I can contact to reclaim the £60, many thanks in advance x JUST COPIED THIS CAN ANYONE PUT Michael Davison AND WENDY IN TOUCH WITH WHOEVER HOLDS SOME PURSE STRINGS PLEASE TO PAY FOR THIS

  Hello, can anyone help? We lost everything in the floods on boxing day. We were due to fly over to Ireland to see family that day and due to us having 2 small children and no where to live we went. We have just returned and the council have told me that there are no more grants left and that I have to apply for one on here? We just need to try get some furniture and household items as we have been lucky enough to be housed but it is unfurnished. Can anyone advise how I apply for a grant? Thanks x

  www.cffc.co.uk £200 grant per household. Apply online or forms at hubs. This isn't the Council grant, it's from the Community Foundation. First payments will be made this week but yours won't hit that deadline, will be next weeks payments if you apply today. Once you apply for this, residents will also receive a further £500 from Council.   Hi there ALL applications sent to the foundation have been dealt with and all have been awarded, we currently do not have a back log. if your friend would like to call Tony Burger or myself at the foundation we can assist them 01422349700. we have made the process quicker by asking people to apply directly to the foundation (from when the resilience grants were launched)and not have to be referred in by customer first, they need to download the application form see link and send direct to the foundation. if you would rather send me a direct message with the details of the unhappy parties I can make contact and find out what has happened. www.cffc.co.uk/pages.php?p=189&t=0
