  I will only use Oxymagic out of Windsor. I learned that the reason carpet comes "loose" is from having it steam cleaned. Too wet and too hot! The heat causes the backing to melt and then the carpet bunches up. Oxymagic is a "green" process. My carpets get SUPER clean every time and I have dogs and kids. Stains gone, looks great!
