I will only use Oxymagic out of Windsor. I learned that the reason carpet comes "loose" is from having it steam cleaned. Too wet and too... All Phase Restoration

We used Absolute Carpet a couple weeks ago to finally put new carpet pad down after the flood last year. We didn't realize the carpet had shrunk so much. He stretched it back into place for us. But I don't think he cleans.
