  Doug M. wrote: I cannot in good conscious recommend this Company. When I called A&A I was told an expert plumber would come to my residence. I would have to pay $55 for the trip charge which would be waived if I hired them after the 'expert' determined my problem, and provided a quote for repairs. The technician came to my residence on Friday, May 28th. He could not determine the problem, only guessed about what it could be, asked me how far I live from the City of Middletown Water Tower. After determining the technician was not a seasoned plumber, I asked him to leave my residence, and I paid the $55. I telephoned the office. I received an apology that I was disappointed, but no offer to refund my $55. I believe this is how the company profits by charging the trip fee.
