  Help: I have a close friend who has no insurance, money, not enrolled in school and desperately needs post-abortion help (mostly therapeutic, but medical perhaps too). Not being from the area I am unsure where to suggest places/nonprofits/orgs that may provide services/help at no or low cost. Any advice, suggestions, or resources are substantially appreciated.
