  Looking for a new Primary Care Doctor in Mt. Juliet. I would be willing to go to Lebanon or Hermitage. I'm an ICU nurse so I don't go to the doctor often, but the one I go to now won't try to fit me in when I'm sick. I have BCBS of Tennessee through my job.   Idk but one sign of diabetes is unexplained weight loss. But I'm no Doctor. I go to Hermitage Primary Care 615-232-8812. It's in the Summit hospital. I loooove Sara McCullough... I think that's her last name. But she's amazing... This is the third Doctor I've seen this year, trying to find a good one. She's a Gem! Good luck with your husband, hope this is helpful
