  Ahh congrats on securing a date and place!! I only looked into BBQ places, but this BBQ truck was really inexpensive when I spoke with them: www.CurleysQ.com Also, Kloby's BBQ offered full service catering with appetizers, dinner, dessert, bartenders and wait staff for 120 people for less than $4000. I should also mention I have no idea where Grasonville is so I'm not sure if these suggestions travel to where you will be.
