  Hi Terriann, I've spoken with Sue from the BBB team who has emailed you a couple of letters confirming ownership, have you received these? If not could you please send me a private message with your email address in and we'll check we have the correct details. Sue is just getting a break down of your accessories together and then will resend to you. If you are struggling to find an insurer please contact BBB on 0121 464 1020, and we can check with our other BBB winners who they have gone with for insurance, and give you the details :) Let me know if you need any more info.
