  Not sure exactly what you need to have done, and I can't vouch personally as I've not used either - but Richard Charpie here in W/S and Double Hung in GSO are two names I've heard regarding older/wood window restoration in particular? Double Hung is on the web is at www.double-hung.com, don't have a definite/current # for Charpie but he might be online also?
