could any good accountants get in touch I have a baffling query we pay our nursery through a payroll childcare vouchers provider and they have just paid my child nursery as usual even though we gave them notice which is resulting in an over payment; the nursery has or is in the process of paying this back to us- as far as I am aware this money hasn't been through the payroll and thus hasn't had NI and tax applied to it? do we need to do this now ? if so - how? my wifes employer is now on holiday as its a school that has finished for the year until september
