  Further. It is not easy to use ur wheelchair in public transport. If u gonna use the train (NS.nl) they are very helpfull if u contact them in advance. In Holland are a lot of physiotherapists. In Leiden, close to the Hague there is a special hotel for Rehabilitation/Revalidation :https://topaz.nl/in-de-buurt/locaties/topaz-revitel/ .
