I am really needing to find the motivation to go and do some regular exercise and I am wanting to loose around 10kgs. I am looking for any boot camps, cross fit, group classes or the like in the Upper Coomera/Oxenford area. I would also be willing to give something new a try or join some sort of group sport if there's anything around. I work full time (starting early) which makes it a little hard so it would need to be in the evenings if possible. Would be happy to hear any suggestions. TIA
