  We are planning on moving outside northern Raleigh next summer from out of state. Need to be within 30 minute drive of the airport. I really like the Wake Forrest area. We are looking for around an acre of land, smaller house in friendly, safe area with NO home owners association, which seem to be very common in the south. Also looking for a close college offering nursing degrees. Any suggestions? Areas to avoid? Also looking for horse stables offering adult lessons and/or leasing. Any info is great. Thanks!
