When do you think it’s safe to start breeding & do you make sure & get all the health testing done before you breed? We are located in southwest Ohio. Any recommendations on vets that do health testing? What are price ranges for testing? We want to go about this the right way & we want the best for our girl. Also, any English Labrador studs in the area? TIA
