  ISO plumber. Need to swap existing 80gal electric hot water tank for a new Rheem 50gal electric hot water tank and pan (already purchased). The existing 80gal needs to somehow be drained (the drain is too clogged - about a cup of water after an hour!). Not a plumber, so need to drain out 80 gals with some creative way? Sump pump or something? This is not my area of expertise. Looking to get this done within a week or so. The shelf next to the existing hot water tank can be removed prior to arrival. The roof height in that part of the basement is just over 5 feet tall. Looking for a price estimate and availability. We are located in Glenhaven (near Sudden Valley) off I-5 and about 6 miles east of Alger (exit 240).
