Chuckanut Builders did an addition for me and did a great job, albeit they are definitely more expensive. Have heard good things about A1 Builders as well.

A-1 did good work for us, but at twice the quoted estimate. Chuckanut did some amazing work for a non-profit I'm affiliated with, on time and on budget.

Be wary of bigshot companies with fancy painted logos on shiny new trucks. You'll pay for their overhead. There are a lot of reputable guys operating less flashily but you'll have to dig a bit deeper than the first name in the phone book.
