  Hi I am looking for some advice. Trying to make a long story short. My dear MIL passed away last December. We bought out my husband's family for the house. We lived here for 6 years taking care of her The insurance company had a list of things that had to be done to the house. We have managed to get.most things done. We only have until next week to finish. The biggest thing is an out building that we don't know how long it has been there. We need to have a roofer in to give us advice on what to do.
