Hi steve all not sure if this is allowed on the COS group but my parents desperately need someone to look to see if they can fix their washing machine. The shop by them charges £40 just for a call out and as pensioners they cant afford it. There combi boiler has packed in too so money is very tight for them atm. So really looking for someone who wont charge the earth just for looking at it. Can I ask if anyone can help please, they dont like asking and wouldn't so I am asking without them knowing. Thank you if you or anyone can help I just can't help as I am pennyless and struggling myself to keep warm.

  My boiler was leaking last week and John from Plumbing Heating Engineer.com came and fixed it. He is local 845683.
