  Can anyone recommend a personal trainer in the Picnic Point/Padstow/Panania area? I'm VERY out of shape and looking for a non-intimidating trainer. I'd probably prefer personal training for a little while then look at joining a gym or do small group training. Had a complicated csection so I can't launch into anything too crazy! :) thanks!!

  Nathan Schomberg - Optimal Health Personal Training 0401 310 956. He is based at picnic point high school. Does personal training and group training. He is fantastic. Is really easy to to talk to. He will make you feel really comfortable. Highly recommended.
