Hey everyone. I have a couple of questions in regards to the hombrew scene. Was wondering if anyone had experience with ordering hops in bulk from abroad? Paying 4-5k per ounce seems really high and makes brewing not that cheap. Was wondering if anyone had shipped from Yakima Valley, hops direct or something else? Yakima Valley priced out to about $1.75 an ounce for three lbs with shipping but wondering if there were issues at customs or with hot shipping methods that would effect quality. Also was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of how to do up a fermentation chamber here? Want to do one with a used mini fridge but unclear about the equipment I can get here or what works best. Any help on how to rig one up over here would be great. Thanks in advance.
