  Recommendations for home inspections Hi all, Just got an offer accepted. Any Sacramento area inspectors you would recommend? Home is in North Natomas if it matters. Looking for thoroughness/quality more than cheapest, although obviously I don't want to throw money away.

  We had James Chisholm from Sacramento Home Inspections. Extremely professional, on-time, and courteous. Highly recommended. 916-374-7308. Be even changed our AC filter for us as he inspected the unit, which I thought was a nice touch.
