  Lisa Liccini is great - she has been my GP (Hausarzt) in the city since I moved. And Philip, there's really no way to fast-track the Heilpraktiker license, unfortunately. That's a big reason why so many Psychologists in Berlin take only private pay, because both private/public insurance only reimburses/pays for licensed practitioners. But do you mean Heilpraktiker or the Approbation (Heilpraktiker is required for Psychologists and the Approbation is for medical doctors): http://www.anerkennung-in-deutschland.de/html/en/doctor_of_medicine.php
