  Can anyone suggest low cost vet, vet financial assitance, etc? Someone reached out to me with 2 y/o pit, losing weight, not eating, coffee ground emesis every few days. can't relate to a specific incident. took to vet for hydration and penecillin. Vet thinks GI bleed/ulcer but owner doesn't have the money to continue care. Thanks for any suggestions.

  Banfield pet hospital in Brentwood Promenade in Petsmart has a wellness plan. I have been doing it for a couple years now and love it. Dr. Schwartz is awesome. All the vets there are wonderful. You pay a monthly fee and then vaccinations are covered, blood work, teeth cleaning, 10-15% off meds and other procedures. No cost for office visits. You can go in for emergencies and not be charged for the office visit. There are 3 tiers to the wellness program. I pay the middle one which is $30 a month I believe. I have 3 of my pets on it so your monthly fee is discounted for multiple pets. 314-963-9805 They are open on sat and Sunday too! convenient hours
