  Stephan S. wrote: We had a leak coming from the roof or gutter. The water would come out at the floor in our dining room. We purchased this deal to find out where water is coming from, determine the damage and do a full inspection of the roof to make sure there are no other leaks. The technician showed up on time and after a few minutes diagnosed that water is coming from an over floating gutter. He then told my wife that he couldn’t fix the gutter because they only do roofs and nothing else. That means he couldn’t diagnose any damage in the wall either. First he said that we probably only have to pay $50 since he didn’t really do anything but after talking to his boss he changed his mind now wanting the full $200. This is for roughly 20 Minutes of work. My wife told him that he should do the full roof inspection if we have to full price. First he refused to any more work since he said he found the problem. My wife insisted on the roof inspection and eventually he walked for another 20 Minutes over our roof. I contacted the company and told them that I would not pay full price for this and they promised me several times to get back to me which they never did. I think this deal is a complete scam to find customers that need larger repairs. As soon as they see that the roof is not that old they don’t want to do anything.
