There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of a good Realtor. Most of the Realtors I know in have these skills and a lot of them are very good at what they do so what would make you decide to use me over one of my colleague’s? I believe the most valuable asset a great Realtor can have is education. I do not mean education in the aspect of fundamental education I mean education in the sense of home building education. Before I became a Realtor I was in the construction industry for over 20 years. I learned every aspect in building a home and eventually became a top builder in Houston. While working in construction I did receive degrees from the University of Houston and Texas A&M University. But learning to build homes is what makes me a highly desired Realtor in the business. I can provide you with my education and experience in home construction. I will use my education in the Home Building business and Real Estate to make sure your decisions and choices are informed educated ones
