Wow! I could not disagree with a comment more. We have personally saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars by knowing the market and not overpaying for product. Also buyer representation is paid by the seller so the service is free to the buyer. Why in the world would anyone pass something like that up is beyond me. Park City is a complex market. Many times homes that are literally next to each other vary in price by hundreds of thousands of dollars or more. Only a local realtor can provide the inside knowledge that will protect your investment. Lastly, banks are clueless about this level of detail. Even an appraisal will most likely miss this type of information. Remember appraisal value and market value are not usually the same . Buyer beware.
