  While caring for my hubby, my little studio(www.yogawithrachel.net) is open, but on a limited schedule. Check out www.granbyyoga.com for an awesome studio and lots of class options. I teach a gentle class there on Sat mornings at 10:30 am, and that might be a great class to join if you're beginning to practice yoga or are returning to your practice. Good luck and have fun! :-)
