  http://www.souhair.cz/ This is a school for hairdresser students, they have multiple places across Prague, I always go there. Not saying they are the best, but they are cheap (50 CZK for simple men haircut). The only downside is that sometimes it might be difficult to communicate in English :)

  I always go to the "students hairdresser" (where new students learn how to cut hairs etc.). They do beards and other stuff too, not just hair. http://www.souhair.cz/ (use Google Translate). Pros: cheap, usually nice young girls, on multiple places in Prague Cons: might have trouble communicating in English, the quality differs from student to student If you want some fancy cool hipster place, this is not it. But if you are adventurous and want to save quite a lot of money then go for it :D Standard men's haircut is 50 CZK, and the results are actually not bad.
