I go to Thomas Barber shop by Andel. Decent English but always a great cut. They shave, trim, and grease everything you've got, but just wash your head and it looks great.

I always go to the "students hairdresser" (where new students learn how to cut hairs etc.). They do beards and other stuff too, not just hair. http://www.souhair.cz/ (use Google Translate). Pros: cheap, usually nice young girls, on multiple places in Prague Cons: might have trouble communicating in English, the quality differs from student to student If you want some fancy cool hipster place, this is not it. But if you are adventurous and want to save quite a lot of money then go for it :D Standard men's haircut is 50 CZK, and the results are actually not bad.

In my neighborhood for example you pay like 300 czk http://www.kadernictviambi.cz/, decent place, they dont speak english either but is an easy profession, you just search the internet for a picture of the haircut you want and show them on the mobile, at most theyw ill ask you how long and that doesnt require knowledge of the language... just common sense ;)
