  you could look at the list available on line - if you hold your mouse over the address, it shows the opening hours click on the ceska posta tab for the post office addresses http://www.czechpoint.cz/web/?q=node/55&IDKRAJ=1&IDOKRES=NULL&DETAIL=PRAHA

  I don't live in Prague but if the post office is open, then there are CzechPoint services as well...I would assume that any open post office in Prague would also have CzechPoint.
