Hello there!
Looking for recommendations.
What would be a good autoškola based around Prague 2-4 that teaches in English?
Thank you for the help!

I can recommend AutoSkolaKing ‪in Prague 4. Close to Haje metro. http://www.autoskolaking.cz Cost includes translator for driving tests. Very capable, friendly, patient driving instructors. Horrible driving handbook.
Saucers, anyone know the best place to take a class and get a certificate for a motorcycle license, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and that's in English? Thanks!
Ok Crowdsauce: Give me the lowdown on buying a used car here. I have a California license. Do I need to get an international license to get auto insurance? How much is the insurance? How much is car registration? Parking I have covered.

Hello lovely people of this group ;-)
I need a company or an individual who can help me obtain a Czech driver's license. I am, of course, willing to pay a bit extra if it is expedited.
Thank you so much.

These are the 3 main driving schools that offer classes in English, which have all been recommended by people on the FB page crowdsauce.cz 1) Petr Sim Www.petrsim.cz 2) AutoSkolaKing http://www.autoskolaking.cz 3) Horázný Autoškola http://www.driving-school.cz. Cost generally varies from 12,000-16,000 Kc. Ask the school if the cost for the translator during the driving test is included or if you pay extra for that service. Some include it, some don't. The cost for taking the actual driving test is 700 Kc. FYI, Czech law requires that you take 28 45-minute driving lessons at a driving school. You also have to have a medical checkup before you can start your driving lessons.
