  Jessica A. wrote: Brett did a small project at my home in June. By August the sap was bleeding through the paint on the wood repairs he had done. Concerned I contacted him. Initially I thought it was rust from nails, he showed me it was sap and sanded down the areas covering them with a totally different paint than the one he had previously used, leaving spots all over the facia board. It never occurred to me that he would leave it like that. He did, I contacted him about when he would return; he thinks I should have to perform maintenance on work he just did to my home. I will need to take him to court if i have a problem with him leaving my house looking a mess...oh AND NEVER ask for his services again. Gladly.
