I live in a small town in Moravia and eat plenty of Czech food here, so when I go to Prague I usually go to international restaurants.   if out on a day trip to Karlstejn go here....U mani v Trebani - great food! www.restauraceumani.cz only 20 mins by train - we go there at least 1 x per week
