  Annie W. wrote: Jason sold me an expensive garage door opener. When installing, he "scribed" the bottom edge of my garage door to "even it up". He did it crooked, higher on one end than on the other, so he cut it again to make it even. This caused a large gap at the top of the door. I tried for 2 years to get him to come back and repair it, but he always had an excuse about why he couldn't, he forgot, whatever. He didn't think it was his fault at one point and tried to charge me to come fix it. I finally gave up as I'm sure he knew I would.
