  Hi Jeananne Evans - I run classes in Health Conscious - you can find my timetable here http://www.yogastarr.co.uk/#!classes/c1 jxp I also run chair yoga classes every 4 th Monday of the month for the less able bodied.

  Speak to Jen Jenergy Baldry or Yogastarr both on FB. Or ask in Health Conscious in Llantwit. They both offer yoga classes and would be able to advise the best class. I go to Yogastarr classes in Health Conscious and none of us are Spring chickens :-)
