Health Conscious has classes by Michelle Oliver and Alison Jennings. Both are lovely and will give options for different abilities in the class. Two slightly different styles of yoga.

Speak to Jen Jenergy Baldry or Yogastarr both on FB. Or ask in Health Conscious in Llantwit. They both offer yoga classes and would be able to advise the best class. I go to Yogastarr classes in Health Conscious and none of us are Spring chickens:-)
