  You want an oral surgeon, not a dentist. [Dr. Provence at Tennessee Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery](http://www.tnoralsurgery.com/) is who did my sister's and she definitely wasn't in a huge amount of physical pain. I'm not sure how they do with financing and things like that, but the office staff was nice enough and I'm sure they can probably walk you through it. I'm not sure if it's the cheapest option though. Someone else might be better qualified to answer that. My sister was still under my parents insurance when she had it done.

Please private in box me for someone to avoid. This is part of the text I received from my sweet cousin. "I need to find a good oral surgeon and periodontist. I need to start putting my mouth back together. I have a chemical burn from the disinfectant that was used during the root canal. It contained a bleach which I'm highly allergic to. Because the endo drilled too deep and hit my trigeminal nerve when he disinfected the tooth my tooth was opened and the bleach went into my maxillary cavity. My gums have receded so bad on top that I need a gum transplant. I also need a bone transplant, and five implants.
