We adopted India the little lionhead on the right last summer she is roughly 3 years old and has had several litters in the past before coming to live with us, she has a good bond with my other rabbit Logray who is a one year old neutered male. I took them to the vet for their vaccinations the other day and asked about getting India spayed, the vet implied that it may not be worth the risk given that she is already 3 and that there was a fair chance she wouldn't survive the surgery, my 10 year old son heard all of this. I know that if she isn't spayed she is unlikely to live a long life anyway.
