Anybody who can recommend a good accountant or lawyer with expertise in creating shareholder's agreements, and all the issues that arise from them, and who is reasonable in what he's going to charge me? Me and my partner are discussing how to do an agreement and split percentages (which we never formally did), and there's all sorts of issues we are not sure what the typical arrangements are about, and which we want to make sure we get right to avoid issues in the future.
