Hi Christos. As i am deeply involved into both worlds, startup and accounting etc, i would suggest at the beginning at least to avoid Big4 firms as they tend to be quite expensive and due to the small size of the account, which is the case for most startups, they often don't give the same attention a smaller firm might give. There are in the market some well seasoned professionals who could offer the same service for much less fees. Send me an inbox message and i could direct you to some if you want.

Dear Andrew, even in cases where your partner is your beloved brother/sister, having a set of rules that govern the cooperation is priceless. Having no agreement may end up being a disaster at the end. It does not need to cost a lot. If cash is an issue, I would find a template and create an agreement myself and sign it with my partners. It is very important for people to feel safe and protected (to the extent possible) in any joint venture. I repeat, it is a bad practice to leave things to "man's word":-) .

I would suggest IP Cyprus. IP Cyprus is a one-stop shop dedicated for Startups in Cyprus, regarding any legal matter, from incorporation and shareholders agreement, to international protection of trademarks. Its prices are less than KPMG with equal quality of services. Please find more details in their website http://ipcyprus.com/. If you have any further questions I would be happy to assist.

Phanos Chelios Demetriou hello apparently my wording might have been a bit misleading i don't offer such services i am merely a qualified accountant and into the startup world as well as a founder. Because i have worked though in the past in Big4 firms i have a good idea on the subject. As i wouldn't like to publicly send out names of firms drop me a message and i would be more than happy to assist
