About us
Surrey Hills Carriage Company is a family effort. Run by Emma Burrell with help from her long suffering husband Richard and assistance from her sister and her mad family.
We provide carriages rides around the beautiful Surrey Hills AONB, as well as weddings, schools proms and trips for other special occasions. We can also carry out horse powered timber extraction and bracken control.
We love our work and really enjoy getting to know you, our customer and making your day memorable for all the right reasons.
We travel anywhere in the Surrey/Kent/Sussex/Berkshire areas, all we ask is that there is somewhere safe to park our lorry, unload and hitch in.
Our horse is a stunning French Comtois called Tamise. She is 8 years old and loves her job. Tamise is very friendly, loves being made a fuss of and nothing phases her. For those wishing to learn to drive she is a very willing teacher.
We also have Heather in training who is a 6 year old British Bred Percheron.
