My dog has been having seizures. Any vet recommendations? Just as the title says. Would appreciate if you guys know of any vets that specialize/are knowledgable in treating seizures.
We've seen a vet but already but we'd like a second opinion. It's been rough seeing the pooch like this. :(
Thanks in advance /r/van.

[Oak Animal Hospital](http://oakvet.com) and [Burrard Animal Hospital](http://burrardvet.com) are excellent facilities. Their vets are compassionate, thoughtful and very thorough. Their techs are great at followup, and they regularly send emails just to check in. A great place for a second opinion. I'm sorry to hear that your dog is unwell and hope that they can help him.
Is there an emergency vet in whistler? Everything I've looked up on line says no but there has got to something!? My poor Bengal kitty is not acting right :(

I had the same issue 4 weeks ago on a Sunday morning. I left messages with all the local vets who were all closed but nobody ever returned my call. I ended up having to drive down to Vancouver and I went to Burrard Animal Hospital (604-738-5683). They don't charge the $500 emergency fee before they even examine your pet that other emergency clinics charge and they were fantastic!
