  We have used Rent-A-Maid for the last 2 years and love them. We choose the Saturday mornings we want a month in advance (and we get the same lady because we love her so much and vice versa). It's R195 per Saturday (08:30-13:00) and I always make sure she gets some lunch, although this is not compulsory for a half day booking. They do criminal checks and reference checks on your behalf so you have that peace of mind. Give them a shout if you're interested. I find them great for a casual basis (although we use them on a casual permanent basis, just specifying the dates we want in advance so works very well for us).
