  Hoping someone can help or offer advice. My maid's son wrote and passed matric last year. He so desperately wanted to study this year but we could not get him into any college. He is now seeking employment and has walked the mall and main streets with his CV, but has not been able to find anything. All he wants is a good job to be able to help his family. His mom has worked for us for 12 years and we have got to know the family well. They are an honest hard working, very pleasant family. I would love any advice or recommendations on what this young man can do or if anyone can offer him a "start-up" position. Many thanks.

  Have a look at Harambee ( NPO) it is an awesome youth employment initiative helping young people enter the job market. Need a matric and between 18-28. Specifically focused on first time entrants who are being excluded from the formal economy www.harambee.co.za.
