  Can anyone local to SE Birmingham area recommend a pest control company? The problem is mites - mould/grain mites or similar, we believe. Our tenants had them all over the house this time last year, and we managed to get rid of them by "bombing" the house a couple of times, but now that the heating's on for the winter they've started to reappear. The tenants are doing everything right re ventilation etc., there are no pets in the house, and the council weren't interested when we asked them for help/advice. (We have had mould issues in the past with this house - different tenants - but a PIV system and some additional insulation sorted that out. The mites may have been around for a long time but weren't noticed until last year.)
