  Hey guys — I just terminated a management company (failed to pass rent along in timely manner, generally unresponsive to phone calls / emails) and now I’ve found there are issues tenants had been complaining about but were never addressed or brought to my attention. Now I’m managing the property myself I need some recommendations for support services. . London, Shadwell, postal code E1, Commercial Road area, I need a plumber and electrician. . Previously I asked the group for a Gas Safety Inspection and was advised to use N4 Gas, who were superb, by the way (so grateful I just wanted to recommend them myself, about half the price of what the management company charged me, and no issues receiving my gas safety certificate, which the management company never produced). .
